Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

It is a priority for Dam Worth It Company to continue to make diversity, equity, and inclusion part of the culture of our company and the community we serve. We provide our company team, branch members, ambassadors, and everyone else in our community with resources, policies, and findings that break down barriers to ending the stigma of mental health, access to mental health care, reinforce the importance of the experience of our members with marginalized identities, and build supportive relationships with communities our society has historically ignored.

We recognize the essential role we play in this intersectional work of making Dam Worth It and our community a place where past and present inequity and injustice are brought to the surface and addressed with compassion, honesty, and integrity. We lead by example and approach this work knowing it requires sustained commitment. As we will undoubtedly make mistakes in the process, we will listen, adapt, and learn, for the benefit of our members and surrounding communities.

We expect all members of our community to understand and embrace our commitment to DEI and help address the unfair stigmas and challenges faced by historically and institutionally marginalized communities.
